As a remote business in Cape York, we experience unique logistical challenges, especially during the wet season when heavy rains can cut off access due to rising creeks and rivers. Additionally, our local postal service operates on "island time," which means delays can occasionally occur.
To ensure your order reaches you smoothly, please allow an extra two weeks beyond a normal shipping schedule. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to bring a little piece of Cape York to your doorstep!
We endeavor to drop your awesome Cape York Merch straight to the post office the day after your order is placed throughout our dry season (May - Nov).
During the months of December - April (Wet Season) our creeks and roads often flood which means we travel the 30-45min drive to Bamaga once to twice weekly. Normally Monday & Fridays.
We ask that you are patient during this time.
